Dear Students of Dewey’s Martial Arts,
We hope you are all safe and healthy. During this time of mandatory shut down, I hope you are all staying positive and practicing on your own at home.
If you are feeling like you need some good work out material may I suggest the following to be practiced each day:
- Down load the curriculum from the website for your rank and previous ranks accomplished.
- Add in the following routines:
- 1X each kata you have learned and is on your curriculum for your rank level.
- 5X for each of the self defense drills (try them opposite sides)
- 20 each of the basic blocks / kicks / punches
- Please don’t forget to stretch before exercising and practice safely.
- Repeat all of the above 3X this week
